Episode Synopsis
In Episode 18 of “The Belonging Place” Kylee Shields talks with her friend and previous colleague Cameron Armstrong. Both Kylee & Cameron worked at Telos for many years—Cameron worked at the adolescent campus while Kylee worked at the young adult campus.
Cameron shares with Kylee some of the pivotal turning points in his life that lead him to become a therapist. He also talks about the importance of living intentionally in life.

Cameron is a licensed clinical social worker who helps people overcome their mental health challenges. He lives in Utah with his wife and three children. He still finds joy in playing the drums.
He is working on a few more book projects, keep watch for updates.
Cameron believes growth is a joy, healing and flow are possible, and purpose in life can be achieved. Everyone can live a life worth living if they are intentional and attentive to their small, daily habits.
