Dr. Greg Hanley joins the panel to talk about "today's ABA." We discuss compassion and what it means in terms of behavior analytic services. Dr. Hanley shares information from his clinical and research work illustrating that, while traditional functional analysis has worked well in controlled settings, it has not enjoyed great social validity or effectiveness in natural settings. The conversation centers around the need to balance efficacy and effectiveness, and to provide services that are embraced by our stakeholders.
