Episode Synopsis

Paul Mercurio is best know to Australia audiences as the fresh faced dancer on the uber-successful movie, Strictly Ballroom. That just scratches the surface of this trailblazers career on on stage, in television, film, the kitchen and the brewhouse. Paul has always followed his passion with great gusto and, as I found out, he has some great stories to tell.
In this episode we talk about the Peach Ale he released in 2004, making an Aphrodisiac Ale with Bentspoke, his desire to one day produce a craft beer tv show, and his love of cooking with beer, which has lead to his Beerlicious Condiments and Rubs company.
