In this instalment of The Badlands, I’m talking to Lucas Bergmans, Lucas is ex Group Marketing Director of Cazoo, formerly of Aviva, Money Supermarket.com, Pepsi, Heineken to name a few little brands he has worked at and managed over the last 25 years, but unfortunately he still finds himself in The Badlands, for way longer than he expected.
We discuss the ups and downs of job hunting, the importance of putting together a group of other job hunters to bounce ideas off, a book that he recommends (Never Search Alone), whilst also offering up more tips and advice for others in a similar situation and some opinions on the state of the market and industry.
