I have 30+ years of experience as a catalyst for leaders who want to grow in self-awareness, harness their innate talents, and enhance their performance to create a meaningful impact in their life and work. I especially enjoy working with multi-generational leaders because we need great leaders in every generation converging to make a difference.
My introduction to professional coaching came at the height of my career leading a nonprofit for 20+ years. I realized I had plateaued personally and professionally in the midst of the demands and pressure of work. This realization was a game-changer that propelled me to grow and develop. Completing a Masters in Leadership and a Professional Coaching Certification (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) fueled the convergence of my passion, purpose, and talents to become a professional coach.
My clients are CEOs, VP’s, Directors, emerging leaders, entrepreneurs, and business owners from a variety of industries and organizations including Deloitte, Transloc (Ford), Johnson and Johnson Eye Care, and municipalities like the Town of Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
