I recently did something I have not done in over 5 years. I hopped on a plane and went to Raleigh North Carolina to meet a bunch of people I have not yet met in person.
The last few years have been filled with new connections online and through Zoom, but face-to-face meetings have been rare. It’s one thing to meet online, but it often takes Know, Like, & Trust to a new level when you meet in person.

Ask who they want to meet and reciprocate
Encourage your team to connect with current and past customers online
