Spine specialist, Dr. Sean Flynn helps a gentleman avoid a third back surgery and regain his mobility. Dr. Sean Flynn graduated from Briar Cliff University with a bachelor of science in biology. After that he enrolled at Palmer College of Chiropractic. While there, he worked as a clinical radiology intern and participated in programs such as Clinic Abroad, which presented him with the opportunity to travel to Salvador, Brazil where he and the other participants provided free care at clinics and orphanages. Dr. Flynn graduated with honors from Palmer in 2008, receiving his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. Later that year he opened Flynn Chiropractic in Sioux City, Iowa. In 2012, he completed a certification course through the National University of Health Sciences Post-Graduate Division in the Cox® Flexion Distraction decompression technique. He is the only chiropractor in Sioux City to hold any certification in Cox® Flexion Distraction.
