Listen "Ep 30: Six Questions to Ask Yourself When Your Baby's Sleep Is Tricky"

Episode Synopsis

Heather Boyd, occupational therapist and mom of three, runs through 6 questions she recommends you ask yourself when your baby's sleep is going through a sticky stage. So often, there's an easier way within reach, and these 6 questions can help you find it.
If sleep is tricky, ask yourself the following 4 questions:

What works best for helping my baby fall asleep?

Am I resisting what works best because I’m trying to follow someone else’s “rules” about how to help my baby sleep?

What cues are my baby giving that let me know they are tired?

What happens if I start helping them to sleep a little bit earlier?  A little bit later?

What is my state of mind as I am helping my baby to sleep?

How hard am I working to get sleep for my baby?

Listen in on how to use these six questions to move things forward WITHOUT compromising your wellness and your connection with your baby.
