The Media Mavens meet with fitness revolutionary Angela Davies, a consultant for Fitness Projects.
Working with numerous teams across the health industry, Davies has been responsible for bringing numerous projects to life. These days, Davies primary role involves what she refers to as addressing “group activation.” This revolves around helping facilitate group projects and workouts which encourage teamwork through different brands. 
With the Mavens, Davies discusses her current plans for innovating TheFitExpo through unprecedented accessibility, staying fit in the middle of the pandemic, the importance of community’s role in fitness, and some fascinating upcoming projects. “We had a group from the east coast called drum latte, and it’s not a coffee drink, you use drumsticks, and it was a really fun way to put workouts together.”
