We sat down with Amy Neufeld, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and, fun fact, our friend Jordan’s mom! We’ve known Amy since we were kids, but this was our first time really diving into her journey, from being a teacher to becoming a therapist and starting her own private practice, House of Thrive. She also runs an amazing online community called Unscripted Sanity. Amy’s based in Laguna Beach and works with all kinds of clients, including individuals with special needs.
