My time working within the Education System, both in Isolation rooms and in 'Alternative' provision settings, has given me a unique insight into the inner workings of the system.
Being a Chair of Governors for the past 15 years, supporting my own four children through their schooling years, and working with parents, teachers and students across North Wales, I have seen first hand the damage caused by trying to squash our amazing, sparkly star shaped young people into the boring beige boxes of conformity.
