Welcome to The Art of Equine Alchemy podcast! I'm Amber Lydic, a former horse trainer with over 20 years of experience specializing in performance horses with behavioral issues. When my own life took a dark turn, I dove deep into my healing journey, leading me to certifications in somatic breathwork, ThetaHealing, EAGALA, and personal development coaching. This podcast aims to bridge the gap between science and spirituality in the equine industry. Through healing journeys and real stories shared by courageous individuals, we explore how they reclaimed their power and found their voices for themselves and their horses. Our intention is to lead a shift that challenges traditions no longer aligned with our updated understanding of the horse's (and human's) mind, body, and spirit.
