In this episode we listen to a dialogue between three distinguished experts discuss MOSAiC, the largest Arctic Expedition in History and how Science is used to set benchmarks for our Future. The dialogue between Dr. Markus Rex, Expedition Leader of MOSAiC and Dr. Halldór Þorsteinsson, President, Climate Council of Iceland is moderated by Dr. Antje Boetius, Director of the Alfred Wegener Institute. This event originally took place at the 2021 Arctic Circle Assembly in Reykjavík, Iceland. Arctic Circle is the largest network of international dialogue and cooperation on the future of the Arctic. It is an open democratic platform with participation from governments, organizations, corporations, universities, think tanks, environmental associations, Indigenous communities, concerned citizens, and others interested in the development of the Arctic and its consequences for the future of the globe.
