Tim created Original Strength in 2009 after suffering repetitive stress injuries from his athletic pursuits when he was led simple movement protocols that had a measurably positive effect on people with ADHD...and found that they instantly improved his quality of movement!
Deb has been heavily inspired by the simplicity, effectiveness, and practicality of the Original Strength movement toolkit for years and HAD to have its originator, Tim Anderson on her show for an interview!!!! WOW this was SUCH A FUN AND USEFUL INTERVIEW!
