JC Herz is the COO of Ion Channel, a software logistics and supply chain assurance platform for critical infrastructure. She is a visiting fellow at George Mason’s National Security Institute and co-chairs a Department of Commerce working group on software bills of materials for security-sensitive public and private sector enterprises.
