Tessa studied agroecology and has a PhD in plant breeding and plant genetics.  She currently works in Land Institute as a Director of Crop Stewardship. We talked about her journey from having a physics major to working on a ship, mapping the ocean floor. And how she ended up in agriculture industry, working in organic farming and seed system. This was a really fun discussion.
