In this special introductory episode our guest is Phil Ball. Phil is the Deputy Territorial Youth and Children's Secretary for the Youth & Children's Ministry Unit of The Salvation Army in the UK and Republic of Ireland.  

Phil explains the heart behind this new series, as well as unpacking some of the ideas behind the four questions and the work of Alexander J. Shaia.
