"As a Scrum Master, I often find myself in a dilemma, to resolve a conflict between two colleagues. In one of your Linked In posts, you mentioned why a Scrum master should be neutral in conversation.
I completely agree with it. But no matter how hard I try, I often find myself siding with one person. I don’t know how it happens, and later I regret doing that too. I would love some advice, on how I can stay neutral and unbiased in a conflict situation."
