At ACCESS:VFX we celebrate and raise awareness of amazing career paths in VFX, animation & games. But with that comes a responsibility to prepare future talent for a client-facing industry, where creative scope can often outstrip resources which can result in demanding hours of work. This potentially could take its toll on stress levels and work/life balance. This is a positive conversation that’s not about criticising any studios; the conversation is bigger than that.
