The 28th of October is always a reminder for me the God wants to initiate miracle transfers in our lives, where he solves problems, makes a way, and opens new doors of opportunity.
 
In quantum science there are some interesting principles of duality. For example, light can be both particles and waves but you only see the one you are looking for and the other one collapses. Quantum science is also showing it's possible to be two places at one time, but you can't see both. You see the one you are looking for and the other one collapses. Where does the other one go? 
I don't know the answer to this, but I know something very similar happens in our lives. For example, you could have some symptom in your body, but then the symptom disappears and we forget it was even there. 
As an example of this, when everything was dark, God didn't speak to the darkness, he said... "Let there be light." He focused on light even though there was darkness, and the darkness disappeared. 
In today's communion we are asking God to teach us about this principle of what we focus on and how it makes the opposite disappear. 
Today's Health and Fitness Tip
Much of health and fitness is focused on what we don't want. Instead let's try focusing on what we do want.
