Good morning!
Here is today's communion meditation.

 In Acts 5:20 an angel is breaking Peter out of prison and he tells him, "“Go, stand in the temple courts,” he said, “and tell the people all about this new life.”
The word for "new life," in the original Greek is "zoe," which is often the word used in the New Testament for eternal life. But it means so much more. 
It is eternal life, but it also means the life force or essence of God. 
We get to have this new life connected to God, with him living inside of us. 
For the upcoming year of 2024 our message for the year is, "The Great Reset." 
If you truly had a fresh start with this new life we've been given how would you live?
Today's communion is a time of gratitude for the zoe life God has given us. And today's communion is an activation of the new life we've been given. 
Today's Health and Fitness Tip
A big part of our walk with God is unlearning. To have new life and a fresh start means we have to unlearn some things and let go of ideas and beliefs that aren't serving us. The same is true in our health and fitness, we must let go of some things to have a fresh start in our health and fitness.
