Our message for March is, "Resetting Our Understanding," and about how the Holy Spirit helps us understand all that God has given us in Christ. 
 This verse comes from 1 Corinthians chapter 2, and in that chapter, it also says in verses 11 & 16...
"For who knows a person’s thoughts except their own spirit within them? In the same way no one knows the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God."
"Who has known the mind of the Lord so as to instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ."
The Spirit of God knows his thoughts, and we have been given His Spirit. 
Today's communion is a time of gratitude, and we are asking the Holy Spirit to help us understand that we have the mind of Christ.
Today's Health and Fitness Tip
What we think about has a great impact on our health. Philippians 4:8 says to think about, "Whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy."
