Here is today's communion meditation.
The other day we did the communion meditation on how Mary Magdalene did a beautiful thing for Jesus when she broke the expensive jar of perfume for Jesus. And Jesus said that the memory of this would live on.
After we did the communion meditation on the Beautiful Thing, I read in Mark 16 where Jesus appeared first to Mary Magdalene, and I believe she may have been the only one (or maybe one of the few) who saw Jesus before he ascended to His Father. Later in Mark 16 it says Jesus appeared in another form to the disciples. 
I think there was a connection between the beautiful thing she did for Jesus and that He appeared to her first.
In today's communion we are asking God to help us understand the significance of the beautiful thing Mary did and why He appeared to her first.

There are several aspects to making our workout beautiful, but here are a few... Moving with grace, synchronizing our movement and breathing, and learning to contract and relax our muscles as we move.
