Here is today's communion meditation.
 This month our message is... Turn It Around and the Best Will Be Found.
So far, we have talked about the turning part of this message... Turning problems into opportunities, changing the direction things are facing, etc. 
Today we are talking about the second portion of the message which is... The Best Will Be Found. 
Proverbs 25:2 says, "It is the glory of God to conceal a matter; to search out a matter is the glory of kings."
God has some amazing things, the best things, hidden for us. They are not hidden from us; he has hidden them for us to discover.
In today's communion we are asking God to help turn things around and find the best of what He has hidden for us. 
Today's Health and Fitness Tip
Mastering the basic bodyweight fundamentals of sit-ups, pushups, pullups, and squats can do so much for our health. We do this as part of the workout each day. A good way to approach this is to set a repetition target for each day that is well within your reach and execute that number each day.
