Yesterday was Pentecost on the Jewish calendar ... A reminder we've been given the gift of the Holy Spirit. 
 
Acts 4:31 says, "And when the disciples had prayed, the place in which they were gathered together was shaken, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and continued to speak the word of God with boldness.
In the Bible there are several scriptures about God shaking things, and one of the themes is that he shakes things for the benefit of his people. 
Shaking things up provides a fresh start and a reset, which can allow a greater level of His power to flow. 
Today's communion is a time of gratitude that we can be filled with the Holy Spirit. 
Today's Health and Fitness Tip
Good massage therapists will often hold down areas of the body that are tight, restricted or painful while they shake the area free. The shaking actually opens the body up so that pain and restriction are removed, and the true potential and power of the body can be displayed. If you are the one getting the massage the best thing you can do is relax and let the other person do the work.
