Hey Everyone!
Here is today's communion meditation.
In Luke 2;27 Jesus said, " For who is greater, the one who is at the table or the one who serves? Is it not the one who is at the table? But I am among you as one who serves."
The other day I was thinking about why God created people, and I think one of the reasons is that he needed someone to serve. God is love, and love gives and serves.
In Genesis 15:1 God told Abraham, "Do not be afraid, Abram. I am your shield, your very great reward." 
In Hebrew the word for "great reward," is "sakar," which can mean in your service. 
God told Abraham, "I am in your service," or "I am here to serve and help you." 
In today's communion we are asking God to help us understand that he is among us as one who serves and to trust that he is with us so that we can be like him and also serve.

If you are making progress in your health and fitness one of the ways to get to the next level is teaching someone else what you've done. This will help them while also helping you move to the next level.
