It seems like every year around this time of the year God reminds me that he.s not looking for us to maintain where we are... He's looking for growth and multiplication. 
In the parable of the talents, the guy that only maintained the talent that was given to him had it taken away and given to the guy who grew his. 
In today's communion we are asking God to help us be amazing stewards that grow and multiply all that he's entrusted to us. 
Today's Health and Fitness Tip
Through the years of working in the gym I've seen a lot of people who have a goal to maintain where they are, but it is usually a sure fire wire to go the wrong direction. Setting a new or bigger goal is a better way.
