Lately I've been thinking about a verse in John 1:5 which says, 
" The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it."
In life we will face issues and problems, but Jesus said to be of good cheer, because he has overcome the world. 
If you are walking in the light... Keep remembering that darkness can't overcome the light. 
In today's communion we are asking God to help us understand the light he has put within us and how His light overcomes darkness. 
Today's Health and Fitness Tip
On the days when you are lower in energy and don't feel like exercising ask yourself this question... "What can I do?"
