Today is Thoughtful Thursday ( The Purpose & Community Accelerator)

Today do something thoughtful for someone else. Connect them with something they need or do something to make their day. 
This is the purpose and community accelerator. 
We each have a unique gifting that is meant to serve the community of people around us, and one of the ways to do this is by looking for opportunities to help people with your gifts, talents, resources, network, etc.

Proverbs 27:19 says, "As water reflects the face, so one’s life reflects the heart."
And Proverbs 4:23 says, "Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it"
Our life and what we do in life is a reflection of our heart, because everything flows from the heart.
In today's communion meditation we are asking God to help us do something thoughtful today and to show us any beliefs in our heart that need to be adjusted. 
Today's Health and Fitness Tip
One of the biggest mistakes I see people making all the time is trying to do too much. If you are just starting a new workout program than anything you do is progress, so start small.
