August is a time of increased heat and pressure. You may notice an increase in pressure in your life, especially in the area of time, where it seems like a lot of demands are coming at you. The pressure helps us to remember to turn these areas over to God. This week we are focusing on connecting Spirit, soul, and body by taking 10 minutes each day to journal, put on music, praise, and pray in the Spirit, and move our physical body all at the same time.
This 10-minute exercise teaches us a new way to handle the demands and pressures of life as it teaches us to turn it over to God, with something physical we do. When we have a lot of pressure this 10-minute exercise is one of the best things to do, because it will make us so much more efficient and fit everything together seamlessly.
