Here is today's communion meditation.
Yesterday we talked about how God reveals secret hidden things to those with childlike faith and how those things belong to us and our children forever.
After recording that communion meditation Matthew 7:6 keeps coming to mind where Jesus said, “Do not give what is holy to the dogs; nor cast your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn and tear you in pieces."
I am not exactly sure yet what he is trying to show us with this verse, so in today's communion we are asking God to give us understanding of this verse and to apply it the way he desires so that the hidden things he has revealed to us are truly valued. 
Today's Health and Fitness Tip
Colossians 2:23 says that the world promotes things that are harsh on the body, and this is definitely true of the way most people workout. But this is not true wisdom, because wisdom from above is gentle. Let's take a gentle approach to our fitness that nourishes and cherishes the body as God's temple.
