Here is today's communion meditation.
 The other day I heard someone doing a sales training and they talked about the importance of NOT going for the sale or adding pressure to make the sale. He said that rather than trying to get people to buy he focuses on creating an environment where people want to buy. 
The environment we are in makes a huge difference. In the parable of the sowing, it was the environment in the soil that caused or stopped the growth of the seed. Having the right environment can cause us to want to do the right things. 
In today's communion we are asking God to help us create great environments in everything we do so that it gives us the desire to do the right things. 
Today's Health and Fitness Tip
The environment in our physical body is very important, and one of the biggest drivers of this environment is our emotions. I believe that our emotional environment impacts the results we get from our nutrition and exercise.
