Here is today's communion meditation.
Ephesians 3:20 says, "Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us,
God can do immeasurably(abundantly) more than we ever ask, think, dream, or imagine and the method he uses to do this is His power being put to work within us. 
Recently we talked about Ecclesiastes 9:10 which says, "whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might." 
The Hebrew word for might is "koach," which can also mean God's power. I think we have a role to play in putting God's power to work. He has given it to us, and when we put it to work, he does more than we could ever ask or imagine. 
Today's communion is a time of gratitude that God can do immeasurably more than we ask or imagine, and we are asking him to help us understand His power within us and how to put it to work. 
Today's Health and Fitness Tip
 
One of the best ways to practice putting God's power to work is in our fitness. We can practice relying on his strength and power within us to do the work rather than our own.
