Lee speaks with Jared Moshe, the writer/director of A24 western, The Ballad of Lefty Brown starring Bull Pullman in the titular role. Jared discusses his early career as a producer before transitioning to writer-director with his first Western, Dead Man's Burden. The Ballad of Lefty Brown followed and after its premiere at South By South West, A24 acquired the rights to the film. Jared tells us what it was like to hear A24 was interested in his film, how their marketing team work on a film and what their reputation is like from a filmmakers point of view.
