In this episode we interview a very special lady who is very close to our hearts. A woman who we inspire to be like every single day. She is filled with love, happiness and positivity and is definitely a "glass half full" gal. It's the one, the only, the amazing Lady Leigh. Lady Leigh takes us on a journey starting with her love for health, fitness and wellbeing from a very young age to becoming the proud mum she is today to beautiful CJ (our lil sis). We have laughs about finding boys and booze along the way and find out what advice she would give to her younger self now.Lady Leigh goes on to open up about her story of her battle with "the beastie", she was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2022 but she remains mentally strong, fights hard every day and wants to share with others the importance of checking your body every month, don't just wait until October (breast cancer awareness month) she says, check as much as you can and get checked out if you notice anything different. We want to thank Lady Leigh so much for her time coming on the podcast, we know this will be so powerful for many women all over so please share this with your loved ones to make sure they know to check their bodies too. Look forward to hearing your feedback our lovely listeners <3
