Listen "March Mammal Madness!"
Episode Synopsis
Aired 3/6/2023. This week on that Science and Nature show, we do something a little different and devote the entire show to our topic of the show: March Mammal Madness. March Mammal Madness is an annual competition sponsored by Arizona State University since 2013. In it, match-ups of different animals occur in fictitious settings. Battles are fought on Twitter between scientists by presenting arguments about how each animal would behave if the two were to encounter each other in the wild. The cast fill out our brackets, while debating who would win in each match-up of the first round of the annual tournament. Join us for some entertaining conversations about the potential battles!
