“See, I am setting before you the way of life and the way of death.”
Then, in Matthew 7:14, Jesus said:
“But the gateway to life is very narrow and the road is difficult, and only a few ever find it.”
The word “life” in both verses is the very thing you’re looking for every day, in everything you do—true and lasting happiness, peace, security, and love.
Jesus also said He came down from heaven to satisfy the thirst and hunger of our hearts forever. In Psalm 16:5-11, David reveals one of the greatest offers of all time: that it’s God’s desire to reveal the path to true Life—a Life full of pleasure, peace, fulfillment, and joy!
