Today's Block-cast features an interview with Kristin Smith, the Executive Director of the Blockchain Association, at the Texas Capitol during Consensus Week. We're privileged to have her with us to talk about the exciting new bipartisan bill introduced by Senators Gillibrand and Lummis that could shake up the cryptocurrency world.  This bill proposes that the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) should be the regulator for crypto spot exchanges and includes a provision for de minimis exemptions for small retail crypto transactions. Kristin gives us her thoughts on the bill and its potential impact on the industry.
