My guest is Rick Nariani! Ricky is the Founder and CEO of WANTD, which is a social commerce marketplace focused on sneakers and streetwear. He founded his company in 2020 and was part of Y-Combinator's W22 batch. Rick recently led WANTD through a seed round and is backed by reputable VCs, such as Slow Ventures, Pioneer Fund, and Goodwater Capital.  Prior to his start-up, Rick was an Associate Partner in IBM's M&A team with a focus on Artificial Intelligence. Prior to that, he'd spent several years with IBM's Corporate Strategy team and was a strategy consultant for various Fortune 500 companies (e.g. Xylem). Rick is an MBA with an undergrad finance.
