Fasting is magic.Red meat and eggs are unhealthy.Vegetables are unhealthy.You can't be successful without a robust morning routine.Turn off electronics two hours before bed.Don't work out if you didn't sleep 8 hours.Do these claims sound ridiculous to you? I hope so. But unfortunately, in today's world anyone can say anything they want on social media. If that person happens to be a doctor, more and more people begin to believe it. When you hear all of these absolutes and you're unable to comply to all of them 100%, it can be tempting to just give up. In this episode, I tell you what you need to hear about each of these subjects (and more) and why although there's merit to most of them, you don't need to be perfect and try to "optimize" each category to improve your life.
