Age gets the blame for a lot of issues when it comes to health and fitness. Your joints hurt, you don't recover well, you don't feel energetic like you used to...the list goes on.I'm here to tell you that it's NOT just age, it's the fact that you can't do the things you did in your 20's and expect your older self to be able to handle them. When you age, you don't just automatically become less fit, more fat, less motivated...you just have to be more mindful of your priorities and take certain things more seriously than you used to. In this episode, I talk about how and why I feel better now at 33 than I did at 23 (or any time throughout my 20s). I've made many changes to my nutrition, lifestyle/habits and training that allow me to feel this way, and there's certainly something (or many things) in this that you can implement into your life as well.Whichever platform you’re tuning in on, feel free to leave a review!
