My first time wearing waders almost ended up tragically. I had no idea there were some fundamental things to know about wading. Waders keep us dry and warm. They make more waters seem accessible. And, wading in waders definitely makes it look like we are partaking in the sport.
But, wading presents some real risks. There are a few things everyone should be aware of before they put on waders for the first time. In this episode I discuss a few of those risks and how to stay safe.
