Etch sparkling was developed by Jason and Andy Quin. With a background in the wine industry, it seemed a natural progression for Jason and Andy to move to the non-alcoholic space once Jason gave up drinking alcohol.  Jason and Andy’s story is one like so many Australians, alcohol started to take the reins, and they made the decision to live an alcohol free life.  So, in true Aussie spirit, they decided to make an amazing array of sparkling non-alcoholic drinks that use Australian Native edibles that were shared with them by Uncle Lionel Lauch from Living Culture.   Their drinks are amazing and they were the only available option when I stopped drinking and was feeling my way through an alcohol free lifestyle.
