I am told over and over that the Bible contains errors and contradictions that make it hard to believe. I am told that the God of Christianity is a tyrant; maniacal and vindictive; looking to decimate whole civilizations at His whim. But I don't read about a God like that in Scriptures, and I don't see the errors and contradictions that seem to be rampant on every page. Why is that? Am I just willfully blind and deceived?
