Hey, guys, this is Ted Kelly again with another Ted's Hospitality Minute. Hey we've got a great guest on today it's named Warren Ashton he's with HFS Concepts 4. he's gonna talk a little bit about what he's experiencing in his side of the world. He's out on the west coast. He's done a lot of great things I've seen a lot of great activity on LinkedIn for some of the projects he's completed. Hey Warren how are you doing good. Good to be here, thanks for having me. I appreciate it. Hey, tell us a little bit about what you guys are seeing out there. First, tell us a little bit about HFS and what you do there and what your activity has been and what your role is. - So again, first of all, thank you for having me. I really appreciate it. It's an honor. You're good man and I love your hospitality minute. You know to everybody out there and yourself what a crazy time we're in. I hope everybody is safe and healthy and let's stay that way but it doesn't change the fact that we're in business and in a great industry and you know my firm has been around for 43-years, we're really unique again the name of the business is HFS Concepts 4. HFS stands for Hospitality Focused Solutions and in the name of the original business was Concepts 4. They merged but we're the originator of the turnkey interior design firm. So we offer all of the elements needed to complete a hotel project architecture interior design procurement.
