Barry's guest for this episode is Meredith Aronson. Meredith is the Director of Customer Relationship Management & Digital Experience Services at the University of Arizona.  She guides product vision and engagement and offers service leadership to the agile and innovative Trellis team to accomplish these goals.   Using a diversity of experiences in corporate, startup, research, and government contexts, she has crafted a career following her deep curiosity for people, technology, and big hairy problems. She was only peripherally in IT until 2014, when she joined the UA to help develop and implement enterprise software, ultimately joining the nascent Trellis team in 2018.  She first came to Tucson with her graduate advisor from MIT to finish a PhD in Materials Science (emphasis in Anthropology) at the University of Arizona, adding to a BS in Engineering Science from Penn State University, demonstrating that there are many paths to IT leadership.
