Barry's guest for this episode is Nikolas Hodge, Interim Senior Director and Enterprise Architect for Foundational Technologies at the University.As the Interim Senior Director, Nikolas supports teams driving process, innovation, and quality delivery in the realms of service management and identity and access management. I also have had the joy of teaching UNIV101 and 301 courses for the Office of General Education for the last three years. I have been with the university for almost 19 years, serving in various IT and non-IT roles on campus. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in History from Kansas State University, a Master’s in Library Science from the University of Arizona, and a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Innovation from Arizona State University. My career in IT began in 2009 as a Business Analyst for Enrollment Management on the Mosaic project implementation. Since then, I have consistently leveraged my understanding of technology, human behavior, and project management to drive successful outcomes in major university initiatives.
