He is particularly interested in AI for language generation, digital art, and other computational creativity. Shane is the author of the book Stone Age Code: From Monkey Business to AI. His book explores artificial intelligence and human evolution from his perspective as a data scientist and biologist. In his free time, Shane enjoys adventures around the Pacific Northwest with his family.
