Did you know that "running your day" is actually easy? Weird, right? The only catch is that it's easy once you aren't being held back by anything.
Imagine you were running a marathon with 150 pounds strapped to your back. That would make things much more difficult, right? Now - imagine that you shed that 150 pounds on mile 13-14. Do you think it would make the rest of the race easier, even though you still have half of it to go and are probably pretty tired already?
All of us have something that is holding us back. Whether it is guilt, shame, fear, anxiety, abuse, childhood trauma - there is something that is preventing you from reaching your full potential in one area of life. Until you identify that thing and deal with it, you'll be carrying around that 150 pound bag.
