Listen "Ep. 263: Everything Has An End"
Episode Synopsis
Ultimately - everything has an expiration date!
Going through something shitty? - Great! It won't last forever!
Going through something awesome? - Great! Enjoy it now because eventually it will end.
Everything in life will end at some point, which brings in this amazingly humble feeling to our ups and downs and feelings and everything in between.
Once you can accept the fact that nothing will last - not the success you've created nor the shitiness you've created - life becomes so much less stressful and chaotic.
Where in your life are you going through something good, and you need to slow down and appreciate that it won't last forever?
Also - where in your life are you going through something not so good and you just need to realize that you will make it out of the woods at some point?
